The Department of Defense’s Joint All-Domain Command and Control (JADC2) initiative is designed to enable communication, data sharing and decision-making capabilities across all forces. Making JADC2 a reality presents a number of challenges, including breaking down information silos, upgrading or replacing legacy equipment and ensuring networks can be secured and dependable in contested or denied environments. Each branch of the military is working to ensure that its systems can work with the other branches, and that requires upgraded infrastructure, policy updates and training to ensure that information is being shared quickly and effectively.

In this webcast, Defense News examined the state of JADC2, upcoming milestones and lessons learned from its current development and implementation.
